the man with the patchwork heart:
her father drove sarah to the college that she would be spending the next four years, and, god willing, grad school as well. as she walked through the dark brown brick buildings holding her father’s hand she wondered what she would remember of this place.
then she shivered a little.
her father was looking for the building where his daughter would be living. she was sort of hoping he wouldn’t find it.
